Mr. Jose Geo @ Junior AKS, the upcoming new Landmark for Next-Generation Education is a Psychologist who contributes his knowledge towards the development of students through Guidance and Counseling. He started his career as a soft skill trainer and leaped up to become a Lead Trainer in Language and Life skills. He has pursued Master degrees from Loyola College, Chennai which makes him unique over his standards. He has over a ca decade of experience as a Language Developer and Principal of two well-known schools in Krishnagiri and Tirupattur District.

Being a Public speaker, Article writer, Counselor, Motivator, and Educational innovator his ideas and out-of-the-box thinking adds Quality to the Teaching and Learning process in the school. He has conducted 500+ Trainings, Workshops, and Seminars for Students, Teachers, and Corporate companies across the state.

Based on his Interactive Pedagogy he believes in Conceptual Development, Creative skills, Multiple Intelligence and essential Life skills to imbibe 21st-century learning.

Mrs. Jenifer is a Dynamic New age professional with over a Decade of Leadership experience. She has completed her schooling at the Good Shepherd convent and holds all her degrees from eminent colleges like Ethiraj and Stella Maris in Chennai. Her long-standing Educational practices, Analytical thinking in the curriculum builds relevant skillsets for the future.

Her strong belief is to imprint Technology and proficiency in Digital languages to the students which is going to be the demand in near future. Organizing, Coordinating, Planning, Designing and Recreating is all her strengths along with her positive approach towards curriculum building.

She not only ensures Academic Excellence but also takes care of the overall Holistic Development of the children to prepare them for Global Citizenship.
