Co-Curricular Activities

a.Art and Craft Room
The room is a unique blend of imagination and creativity. The room’s goal is to teach students how to portray their thoughts and emotions, to fly on the wings of innovation, and showcase them in realistic and fusion art using various techniques. Painting, poster making, sculpting, mosaic work, ceramics, and glass painting are some of the things taught in the art and craft room. We also arrange trips to art galleries and museums.

b.Dance Room
Choreography and a knowledge and appreciation of folk, classical, and contemporary dance are all part of our dance syllabus. Students learn team spirit, focus, and artistic skills through dance. Versatility, coordination, stability, muscle strength, endurance, and postural control are all improved by dance. The KSR MYTIKAS dance room also serves as a platform for the students to raise their standards, allowing them to stand stronger.

c.Music Room
According to research, learning music helps children learn other subjects and improves skills that they will inevitably use in other areas. Keeping this in mind, we created a large and well-equipped music room. We have a wide range of traditional and modern musical instruments to help students improve their skills. Our music room is where young musicians begin their journey to becoming great composers or singers.

d.Yoga & Meditation Room
Yoga and meditation both benefit the child’s psychosocial and mental development as well as their physical development. Yoga contributes to a child’s overall development, and various studies have shown that it improves flexibility and muscle endurance, as well as adjusting postural defects in school-aged children.

e.Drawing and Painting
Our drawing and painting room is a space for students to express and create. From classic to modern, students learn all kinds of drawing and painting here. They learn how to observe and how to execute their observations on the papers. Drawing and painting teach students about color, layout, perspective, and balance – all that are required to present their academic work.

f.Kids Play Area
The play area at KSR Matric is full of highly safe play equipment and creative activities, where learning happens via play and in turn, leads to healthy child development. The children explore the areas through play that help develop a variety of skills in them including, language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.

G. Spell Bee
We at KSR Matric offer Spell Bee practice to the students. It helps the students in gaining competency in vocabulary and enhances their reading and writing skills. The ability to understand words better will let the students enjoy reading an extensive range of material. It also develops different cognitive skills including the capability to handle pressure.
